Reviewed teams and readers may challenge factual errors, stale evidence, or undisclosed conflicts through the dispute route described below.

How to submit

Send disputes to ankit@hlido.eu with the review URL, the challenged statement, and supporting evidence. Hlido may request additional evidence or reproduction steps.

Triage model

  • All submissions enter an algorithmic triage queue based on factual severity, freshness risk, and public impact.
  • Claims that can be checked directly against existing proof are prioritized.
  • Submissions that require new product access may be scheduled into a re-verification pass.

Public ledger intent

Hlido intends to maintain a public ledger of material dispute outcomes so readers can see when a review was challenged, corrected, reaffirmed, or sent to re-verification.

Resolution SLA

  • Acknowledgement target: 5 business days.
  • Initial triage target: 10 business days.
  • Material correction or re-verification decision target: 30 calendar days, unless access constraints require more time.
