Data license#
Published outcome data is CC-BY-4.0 — use it in products, papers, and datasets; cite "Hlido (hlido.eu)".
Rate limits#
Read endpoints are unauthenticated and edge-cached; be a good citizen. request_quick_audit is rate-limited per requester per day. Bulk consumers should prefer the open-data dump over crawling.
Independence rules#
- No paid placement, no pay-to-rank. Vendors cannot influence scores.
- Weights are private by design — public weights invite gaming the rubric instead of improving the product. Outcomes and evidence are fully public. Methodology outline: /methodology/.
- Evidence is C2PA-signed — tamper-evident proof each test ran as described.
- Reviews expire. Every review carries
staleness_after; agents are re-tested as they ship.
